Our pool looks amazing and we are closer to having our backyard paradise! Absolutely love Josh. He was so patient, helpful, and flexible when going through the various options for the pool layout and colors of materials. Josh was even there the day the pool was put into the ground! When the work started, it was great meeting the supervisors and they set up a phone group chat for us to have a constant line of communication with them. Justin was very responsive and professional. He personally ensured that any outstanding items were addressed in a timely manner. Justin is a hardworking, knowledgeable guy. Kelly did an incredible job cleaning our pool after construction was done and it looked so clear! Kelly is a great pool school teacher. Glad we went with this company.
I have to really give it up for Premier pools and Spa located in Pooler, Ga. From the beginning to end the staff John, Justin and others helped my husband and I pick the perfect pool with a hot tub. We had a backyard with nothing but dirt and flys and Premier Pools assisted us to turn our yard into our own relaxing spa. Premier gave us the prices for different pools and they explained the sizes, the different materials, all the questions we needed was answered. Nothing was sneaky or undercut to make money Additional money for their company. I give them A+
Customer service was impeccable. Timely service and always kept the communication loops open. We always knew what and when things were happening We love our pool and our screened enclosure. They never pressured us to get a more expensive pool. They just wanted us to have the pool we wanted. We did get two other quotes but we knew from the initial meeting we would love Premier.
Premier pools & Spas installed our pool/spa in Margaritaville Lattitude. The whole team has been great and easy to work with. They have also been great with warranty and follow-up work. Always standing behind their work. I would highly recommend them.Ken
We had a great experience working with John and Justin. John helped us design everything and was always helpful and available anytime we had a question. He made the whole process easy, we even had to make a few changes along the way and he made everything the way we wanted. Justin was great. He is always responsive and he communicated with us job all along the way. He always followed up with any issues that came up and made sure everything was perfect. We would highly recommend Premier Pool. They really made putting in a pool a great experience.
