Daniel came in and took control and advised how the project should be completed. The pool was drained, cleaned, cracks repaired on the fiberglass and plaster, then painted with the selected color. We are very happy and it looks fantastic. We highly recommend Lotus Pools.
We had an excellent experience with Lotus Pools. They resurfaced our pool, installed new tile, added a saltwater system, and later installed a new pool heater.From day one, Skip was professional, responsive, and communicative. I’ll admit, I initially assumed the high level of communication was just part of the sales process and that he’d disappear once the project started—but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. He stayed involved throughout the entire project, kept us informed every step of the way, continually stopping by to monitor progress on the work and was always quick to respond to questions. As with any project of this size, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, but Skip remained calm, solution-oriented, and true to his word. Any issues were addressed promptly and resolved completely.What truly set Lotus apart happened after the project was finished. About a week after our saltwater system was installed, our pool heater unexpectedly stopped working—just 48 hours before our son’s first birthday pool party. Lotus came out within 24 hours to diagnose the issue, and Elio and Erick arrived at 8:00 AM on the morning of the party to install a brand-new heater. They understood how important the day was for our family and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running in time.The level of customer service, professionalism, and follow-through from the entire team was exceptional. Thank you, Skip, Elio, Erick, and everyone at Lotus Pools for making this such a positive experience. We're very pleased with Lotus Pools. We used them for the first time for a pool opening recently. Scheduling was easy, they provided clear instructions on what to expect and how to prepare, and they were on time. The technicians who opened our pool were respectful, professional, clean and friendly. Daniel took the time to clearly explain our next steps. So far so good. Highly recommend.
Skip and lotus pools are by far the best pool company I have ever used. I have tried many many pool companies, I have never been happy, they come when you're not at home, they aren't transparent with service. Lotus pools was awesome, great communication, walked me through the whole process, came when somebody was home! Highly recommend
Do NOT, and I mean DO NOT use this company for anything. NOTHING. The whole construction process was wrong, they didn’t follow any plans that were approved, concrete after 4 years is cracking all over the place and has huge chunks popping off and looks terrible and now told too bad, the person who did the concrete went bankrupt so too bad. TOO BAD! The customer service is horrendous too. Everything about our pool build except for the actual fiberglass pool was wrong. We got lucky our village even approved it.Once you sign a contract and they get your deposit, you will never hear from themUntil it’s time to open and close your pool which costs a fortune. Absolutely disgusted by this company. Save yourself $100,000 worth of headaches and go ELSEWHERE.
