We had a new liner installed by them. Right away the pool water level was dropping after being filled post liner replacement. After hiring a diver and finding multiple holes in the new liner we were told by them that we put the holes in the liner. It was early spring too cold to use the pool and hadnt been in the pool or used anything in the pool. But Frank Delgallo after many conversations never admitted causing the damage on installation Would NOT trust this company at all.
DO NOT TRUSTThey promised me they would help me understand the new equipment and said they would not go on my property without me present. They went onto my property, turned on the equipment and BURNED out the machine because the filter/skimmer did not have enough water in the pool and as a new pool owner I was hoping they would help me understand what I needed to do RIGHT away. They did not do the right thing. The older woman on the phone when I called getting quotes seemed kind and believable. She said they are good guys and that I can trust them. Well, they are NOT. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I am in sales. So expect everyone to know not to use you. Also, they were 3rd on my list for pricing. They were not the most affordable for opening a pool. I only went with them because of the older woman and what she said on the phone. Never will recommend.ALSO they said they would come back in 2 days to check and NEVER CAME!!! Yet, still charged me.
Sarah was very competent and friendly setting up the job. Mike replaced my liner by himself in about 4 hours and did excellent work.
Excellent service by DelGallo Country Pools. We love our pool and the landscaping!
Highly recommend. Make sure to not cheap out on equipment. Our pool was a fantastic addition to our home. Mike and team were great.
