Brock S. Showed us an impressive presentation after visiting our property. We are neophytes concerning pool construction and he walked us through every stage from site selection to the CAD illustration to exactly what types of equipment they use and why. We were really impressed that it is family run and their staff is in house. Not a host of subcontractors.As for the construction stages we were kept informed and the workers were very respectful of our property with access and egress gates. If we had a question we had a response usually by end of day.The pool option we chose was competitively priced with great equipment included.Last but not least, they have a pool service section also family run and it is priced well.After every visit you receive a note and pictures of your pool??.We also have an app and they sent Josh to help us through pool school!I want to mention Caleb for all his patience guiding us through the design stage as co well. Great business by a great family.
Maximum Pools installed our pool about 2 years ago. We are SO happy with the product and service they provided. It’s hard to believe that our pool gets more beautiful over time! Not something I expected however, it’s true! This speaks to the quality of products used and installation. Any time we have questions or need advice, they have been available. We are love our Maximum Pool and wouldn’t look to any other company for future investments!
