My pool company switched names from Amenity Pool Service to Crystal Falls Pool Service. At first I was very happy with their service until today. I received an email stating (Friendly Reminder: Outstanding Invoice Payment) and when I called in they said I owed a balance of $432 for the last three months of service. I was enrolled in autopay with Amenity and when they switched to the new name it didn't carry over. They waited until I was 3 months past due to send me an email????? I live paycheck to paycheck I can't afford to pay that whole amount at once. I offered to pay $50 xtra each month until the outstanding balance was repaid. The office manager (Jordan) was screaming at me on the phone stating it's not her fault I don't check my bank statements to make sure payments are made. After I hung up on her for talking to me like that she again sent me an email with a final statement stating my service was being terminated effective today and if I did not pay the full outstanding balance she was sending me to collections. This is the most unprofessional dealing I have ever had. What a disappointment!!!! If I were the owner of this company I would fire her to talking to customers like that.
We’ve used Crystal Falls Pool service for about 5 years. We’re very happy with the service. We recently got a new pool tech Chris R. He is seriously the best pool technician we’ve ever had. He never cuts corners, he takes his time checking the chemicals sweeping the sides, cleaning the filters. Never rushed and very consistent. We really appreciate him and hope Crystal Falls keeps him on our route. ??

In an industry where great customer service can be hard to find, Kevin was truly a breath of fresh air.He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and treated my pool as if it were his own. What impressed me most was his personality and sincerity—he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied.Crystal Falls made an excellent decision hiring Kevin. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back and recommending a company to others. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Above All Pool Care / Crystal Falls Pools, and I would strongly caution anyone considering them.The quality of service has been consistently poor — it feels like the pool techs rush through jobs and cut corners instead of doing things correctly. On top of that, the communication is terrible. Trying to reach anyone is nearly impossible; calling them turns into a constant game of phone tag, and responses are either delayed or nonexistent.Scheduling is another major issue. They show up at completely random times with zero notice — no heads-up, no consistent service day, nothing. That alone makes it incredibly difficult to plan around, especially if you have pets or a busy schedule.To make matters worse, they’ve complained about animals on the property, yet they don’t provide any notification before arriving. That lack of communication makes their complaints feel completely unreasonable.The biggest problem, though, is that they ended up damaging my pool and have refused to take accountability or work toward any kind of resolution. That’s where this goes from frustrating to unacceptable.Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to resolve issues make this a company I would not recommend. If you care about your pool and want reliable service, I would look elsewhere.
After researching pool companies to acid wash our pebble tec pool we opted with Crystal Falls. The entire process was very smooth from sales Eric to completion with Brandon. They were very responsive and the results are amazing! After the acid wash and restart our pool is crystal clear again! Brandon was very knowledgeable, reliable and really helped us out and showed care! We would highly recommend Crystal Falls!
