Recent reviews are mixed. Customers often praise helpful sales interactions and quick resolution on some hot tub issues, while others report communication gaps, delays on installations or service follow-ups, and price misunderstandings. Several notes mention needing clearer scheduling and post-sale coordination. Experiences vary by project type and staff involvement.
Worst treatment I’ve had by a company. I was told a different price than what I was charged by almost $100. I paid for them to open my pool. I’m now on 2 weeks and my pool is not swim ready. I call and get told someone will come. No one shows up. I’ve been calling and heard someone in the background ask if it was me calling again and to tell me to be patient. No one should wait a week for a call back. I’ve now had to pay another company to fix my pool. I’ve been asking for a refund with no call back. Do not use them. Also was told I would get a credit since they refuse to reimburse me. Yet a week later I call no one know anything about a credit. And I have to wait yet again for a callback. This experience has been an absolute joke. Do not use them.
Couldn’t be happier. Buying the hot tub was easy as it gets. I saw the tub at a local fair and the salesman (tal) was great!2 weeks later the tub was delivered. Boom!We had a small cosmetic issue with the tub at delivery But with a quick phone call to Hectar the technician, It was fixed within a few hours. Hectar, came right out, took his time, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the tub and walked me through a tutorial of how to maintain it properly. He seemed genuine and really Loved his job and I couldn’t be happier with his service.Time will tell about the tub, service and maintenance but so far, top-notch!
The only reason i'm giving Aqua Leisure two stars is because their sales team (Tal specifically) was awesome - super helpful, answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable with spending a large amount of money on an inground pool. Once the contract was signed was where the issues began - communication with the installers and coordination on everything was so so so so poor. I found myself needing to stay on top of every detail or else things were missed - a few things were anyway because, you know, ive never installed a pool before and would expect when im spending this amount of money, id be consulted and informed way more. Originally told the pool was starting in April of 2025, I was repeatedly pushed out with no notice and it wasnt until I spoke the owner directly and threatened to get out of the contract was I given a firm date (late July). When they did show up, the work went quickly but tons of surprises - I was tagged with nearly a $20K bill for extra material and hammering rock with no notice - luckily I anticipated this may be the case myself but was barely told about it from Aqua Leisure other than "we'll charge for extra material". I had a separate contractor doing a hardscape and was surprised when I was told I needed to pay for a concrete ring around the pool (wasnt told this was required until later), wasnt told about needing to install handrail cups prior to the concrete so now we dont have a handrail, and the list goes on. If you havent installed pools for 20 years and are not an expert in the process, consider a different company. Give Tal a raise - he was the only part of this process that was enjoyable.
I would not recommend this company. I purchased pool in April and just got it put up today July 11. I had to travel back and forth to the store to get pieces they didn't send. I had to pay the installer and extra 3k. It was ridiculous! It ended up costing me so much more. Very expensive pool!! I hope it lasts forever! Very disappointed in the company and the way the do business and communicate!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Aqua Leisure for years, but my recent experience with them has completely changed my view of the company. I purchased a hot tub, which was delivered with a damaged vapor barrier underneath. My initial interactions were great—my salesperson, Kevin, was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse when I spoke with Christina, the spa manager. When I explained the issue, Christina downplayed the importance of the vapor barrier, claiming it "doesn't really do anything." She then blamed me for not pointing it out at the time of delivery, despite the fact that the delivery had been rescheduled without my knowledge, and the tub was placed before I even got home! Her attitude was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unreasonable. This is not the level of service I expect, especially after being a long-standing customer. Kevin did an excellent job, but Christina's behavior left a sour taste. Think twice before trusting Aqua Leisure for your spa or pool needs—there are other companies out there that value their customers and stand by their products.
