Minella is beyond awesome. We were two weeks away from filling our pool in until Minella was referred to us. From the office on the phone all the way to Rick was a great experience. Rick saved our pool and was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and guided us in what to do. No other pool company in the area wanted to help because it was a custom pool and concrete. I tried seven different companies…thankfully Minella came in clutch I will be a customer of theirs and referring everyone I know to them for their pool needs!! Thanks again guys!!!

I recently did a review on Minella pools but I for whatever reason forgot to mention the most important person that is the pillar of the company who runs every aspect of the Minella pools. And for that I am truly sorry. She is the president of Minella and not only is she the brains of the company but also gracious, friendly and more important, a beautiful lovely young lady with whom you could spend the entire day conversing with. I am speaking about none other than Shelley. I sometimes look for an excuse to call Minella just to hear her warm and comforting voice. On top of that, her laughter is infectious which makes my day. Thank you Shelley for being the kind person you are.
Minella Pool Service has been a part of our pool season for 12 years . They are on schedule with their appointments and assist with any questions we have about the care of our pool. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Minella Pools installed our new L-shaped inground saltwater pool in 2022. They did an excellent job with the installation, and it looks great!!Over the past year, we've had some issues with the Hayward equipment, specifically the NEW heater and pump. Both had to be replaced!! (Now, I am not a big fan of Hayward) Both issues, which happened separately, were right before a holiday weekend when we planned on having people over. Thankfully, Minella responded quickly and replaced the parts so we didn't have to cancel our plans.I would recommend them for both their quality and service.
