Awesome. Kyle came in an emergency and prevented it from freezing. Cost was super reasonable. Kyle and the receptionist at Star were both extremely accommodating.
Great experience purchasing a new hot tub. This was our 1st, so had lots of questions and Star provided lots of answers. They were able to recommend an electrician to run the power and he was very responsive and got the work done quickly. Delivery and set up were great too.
Super friendly staff, able to replace the missing valve for my hot tub (looks a little like a bolt) that wasn't available at home depot.
Both Kyle and Jessica were a pleasure to work with. Kyle diagnosed the issue and remediated it promptly and professionally, they are a family owned business and take pride in their work. I have used other spa services before and Star Spa is by far your best choice.
