Purchased my hot tub from here about 4 years ago and have been very satisfied. Something went wrong and they sent their tech out who diagnosed a bad control board and came back a few days later and installed and got it working again--all under warranty, so no charge and done with clear experience and competence. Their recommended hot tub with a 5 year warranty proved to be a great recommendation. Clear communication and professional work.
We've owned our new hot tub for a few months now. We bought a Cal Spa from Nick and couldn't be happier. Nick was great, he was knowledgeable, patient and nice. He didnt give us any run around like other companies we had visited. The price and warranty were great.
