Purchased my hot tub from here about 4 years ago and have been very satisfied. Something went wrong and they sent their tech out who diagnosed a bad control board and came back a few days later and installed and got it working again--all under warranty, so no charge and done with clear experience and competence. Their recommended hot tub with a 5 year warranty proved to be a great recommendation. Clear communication and professional work.

We've owned our new hot tub for a few months now. We bought a Cal Spa from Nick and couldn't be happier. Nick was great, he was knowledgeable, patient and nice. He didnt give us any run around like other companies we had visited. The price and warranty were great. Delivery team was excellent, as we had a challenging delivery with a few tight corners and steps. Thanks again Seattle Hot Tub.

My husband has always wanted a hot tub for our backyard. This morning, after seeing a TV commercial for a hot tub sale, I was inspired to finally start looking into one for him. I began by searching for used hot tubs, then did a Google search for local dealers. That’s when I found Seattle Hot Tub Company right here in Kirkland. Since I like to support local businesses, my husband and I decided to stop in. We met Nick and told him what we were looking for. He showed us a floor model that was such a perfect fit for us, I jokingly asked if he had designed it just for us. The hot tub met all of our needs, and the price—including delivery, setup, and several accessories—was very fair. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I highly recommend Seattle Hot Tub Company.

Best hot tub buying experience I've ever had! I've had hot tubs for almost 20yrs in every home I've owned. Seattle Hot Tub Company is awesome, no pressure and really listens to what you are looking for in a hot tub. We had a challenging install and they made it so easy. Thank you - after the BS I dealt with Aqua Quip in my last home this was a complete 180. The delivery process was just as impressive. Despite the tricky, tight spot where we wanted the tub placed, the crew skillfully navigated the challenge and got it set up flawlessly.
