Recently we had Blue Haven Pools open our pool and spa for the summer and switch it over from a chlorine to salt system. I was under the gun for timing to have the pool open for Mother's Day. Kourtney, John and Ryan were up for the task and they got it done and my pool and spa look amazing. The entire teams courtesy and professionalism is amazing. This was my first contact with the team since the new ownership and I already feel like I have known them for years. I highly recommend you give them a chance for any of your pool or spa needs!
Our experience with TruBlu / Blue Haven has been excellent. We got several bids for our pool, and John by far gave us the most detailed proposal. We were first time pool owners and he did a really thorough job of walking us through the build, components, options, etc. Once the pool was built, Kourtney has been our point-person at the company, and always ready to help. We’ve had several questions about maintenance, operation, etc, and she’s always replied quickly and worked with us to get the right resources on-site for support. And now that TruBlu has acquired the company, they’ve expanded their services arm, offering a wider array of maintenance options, including services to open/close the pool annually.Overall, as a first time pool owner who’s had a LOT of questions, they’ve been fully committed to delivering the best product / experience possible. Highly recommended.
We had a very good experience with Blue Haven Pools having installed our pool about 3 years ago. In spite of many of the material and subcontractor shortages that were going on during Covid, our project largely ran on-time. We're now completing our 2nd full season with the pool and glad we did it. The team at Blue Haven is responsive and easy to work with. The reality of any construction project is that not everything is going to run 100% according to schedule, but Blue Haven was always good about communicating and keeping us in the loop. I'd recommend them again and have recommended them to others.
This is our first time (and hopefully last) building a pool. We researched many companies, visited a few other owners pools, etc… before deciding to go with blue haven. Ultimately what made up our mind is we wanted to be able to completely customize the design, add features, and Blue Haven is a nationwide company (with a local office) that warranties the actual structure against leaks for “life”.2 reasons this review is getting a 4 - during the build process we had some communication problems and timeline changes that were unfortunate. However, we also had many moving parts at the time as we were building the house @ the same time…. And life happens - contractor disputes, work flow, health problems, life in general. Secondly, we NEVER received “pool school”, after doing my own reading and research I have learned to maintain the pool effectively (I think ??) lol. Kourtney & John were a great help in the office & with the design process. John was very patient working with our design to find exactly what we wanted.In the end we have a beautiful pool that has been such a blessing to our family and has created so many memories already! We have had a couple minor issues pop up after opening this year and I can honestly say that Blue Haven (and Kourtney) have been very responsive to handle them in a timely and fair manor. Overall it has been a wonderful first summer with our pool! And I do not regret building our pool w/blue haven.
