Excellent service from start to finish! They even had a water barrel for refilling. Furthermore, the employees were always courteous and smiling. The maintenance service was appreciated. We'll definitely try it again in a different season than winter!
Fantastic service and a great concept that brings a chalet atmosphere right to your home! Having a spa adds a wonderful ambiance to any party.The service was professional; they even followed up halfway through the rental to make sure everything was working properly with the spa, and even though I wasn't there to pick it up, it wasn't a problem.
