The staff and service are wonderful here. I am new to pool ownership, and they have been patient and available and helpful. The walk-in water testing service is also fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
My pool pump threw a bearing and was making a god awful noise...I called and was told that they had 1 pool pump left the exact model that I needed. It was expensive, but should last for a few years. I couldn't have survived the heat without our pool.
Great service and knowledge about the wide selection of products! Definetly a reference and will do business with again. After sales service has been truly amazing and could not ask for more.
Was excited to find a wood stove we wanted; however the knowledge of the salesperson was extremely poor. We had problems with the stove and the could not answer my questions nor did they have any suggestions, and were quite rude ; so I ended up calling the manufacturer in the US.. won’t go back to Trevi
This is where I found the most professional technical people for pool matter. Unlike other places in Sherbrooke, they listen to your requests and don't leave an impression of superiority over you when answering. I feel very welcome and I am willing to do the extra distance to receive a proper service. These guys are the real deal.
