It's been a great experience throughout the whole process. We shopped around and met half a dozen pool builders and without a doubt found the best. As soon as we met Randy we knew he and his company were the right choice. Communication doesn't get any better. Randy and Gary are always available and readily to explain and provide updates on the project Phone calls emails and even texting are replied to almost immediately. The knowledge and understanding on the all the processes and products gave us piece of mind and confidence. We've heard stories from friends about how their home projects were a headache, but ours was really a great experience. Happily we can't think of anything to complain about. Our pool was done on time and in time for the warmer weather.
We hired Randy and his team and could not have been happier throughout the entire process of them being in charge of our pool/spa build. Randy is so kind and professional, as well as his entire crew.
