Wow! Combined Pool and Spa staff are fabulous. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for close to twenty years. I have enjoyed working with Amy, Heather and Pam during this time. I met with Scott last fall and we discussed what we wanted. He and his staff were waiting on us to remove our old pool and deck so they could begin our project. I gave him the go ahead on a Saturday evening. We discussed when they wanted to begin and we decided it would be in a matter of days. They moved their equipment in on Thursday and began digging on Friday. I was surprised they worked on Saturday, too! By the end of the day they had the hole dug, drain field in place and outside forms up. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend working with them. Thank you all! I can't wait to see the enjoy our new pool!!
We were looking to document an existing pool for a new project and found a maintenance log in the equipment building. Scott was very responsive and was able to locate drawings and provide updated information on pool maintenance needs and we will definitely have them back for spring start up!

They are the best! We thought we had an issue with our pool and panicked about 7 o’clock in the morning. Left a message and by 8 AM Scott was here to fix the problem! There was no problem just operator error! What great people and great service! We love our pool and Combined made it happen!!
We worked with Billy, to purchase a used tub. The purchase process was sooo easy & Billy made it very fun too!! The tub was delivered very quickly & the delivery team did a GREAT job!! Billy has gone above & beyond with customer service, and has very quickly helped with every question we've had. The tub was missing a couple of the pillows, and Billy got those ordered right away. A short time later, he discovered that they were back ordered, so he provided us with some universal pillows!!So appreciated!! After filling the tub, we thought the control panel wasn't working & there was a jet cover that came out. I emailed Billy, and less than 24hrs later a tech got in contact with me, and was out here the same day!! He figured out the control panel issue - explaining how to work it, found a new jet cover at the store, came back out & installed it - ALL IN THE SAME DAY!!! The service is simply TOP NOTCH and everyone is so friendly & fun to work with too. Highly, highly recommend Combined!!! Definitely ????? in my book!!
