From the beginning was a good experience. The salesman listen to what you wanted and didn't try to sell you on extras. The pool crew putting the pool in were professional and curtious. The experience was painless and quick. They responded quickly to issues and fixed them quickly. I would recommend Premier Pools to anyone who is thinking of getting a pool.
Premier Pools installed a pool for us last spring, they did an excellent job and we thoroughly enjoy our pool. The guys at Premier are great, very experienced and really know what they’re doing. They would take the time to let us know what was going on and answer any questions we had. There were a couple of minor issues with the equipment (not their fault) but they took the time to make sure the issues were resolved and things worked properly. Overall, working with Premier Pools was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a backyard pool.
The whole experience was great from salesman to the demo of the old pool and installation of the new and improved pool. I believe it was Tom that always kept me informed of what was being done at any given time and his partner Jason making sure the job was getting done. It was a smooth and seamless install. The under water speakers and slide really set it off!!!! Also love the fact that you guys do opening and wintering!
We had a smooth process and quick turnaround time to get our pool in and in use! Andy did an awesome job at giving us “pool school” since we were new to owning a pool. Everything has been pretty easy so far and any questions we have Andy has been quick to answer and help us out. We have had our pool for a couple of years now and have premier pools and spa do our opening and closing every year, so far no issues and we are loving the pool! Highly recommend!
