Started out fine with the first service call but it was more expensive than expected. After their fix didn’t work and the part they replaced was still under warranty, I can’t get them back out. I called multiple times over 4 weeks with the same response that they will get to me by the end of the week. They are either too busy to fix my hot tub or they aren’t going to get paid so they don’t care about me. Either way I wouldn’t recommend them.Update: I did get a call back from the owners and was told why they weren't able to get to my Spa. I appreciated the call and explanation so I raised the score to 3 stars.
