Troy was great to work with, I can’t even began to explain how patient he was with me and my wife. We sat in numerous hot tubs and changed our mind several times and each time he continually went through the options and explained in detail every option we had and the cost difference with a smile. Customer service is something that is very important to me as I work in sales and I never want to feel like I’m making a major purchase and walking away with a feeling of regret and he definitely made us feel like we were walking away excited about the purchase and knowing it was the right fit for our household and in the exact price range we told him we wanted to be.
