Our hot tub froze on us in these extreme cold temps. I called on a Sunday, not expecting for anyone to answer. Long story short, they called me directly and walked me thru a series of techniques to get my tub thawed out slowly and address the issue.Very pleased with their ability to communicate when I felt like it was a total loss.Appreciate them!
I’ve been so impressed by the crew at Paradise!! I have had a spa for quite some time now, and have needed some some work done on it to fix a few things. Every time I have called, Paradise has been very quick to send a technician to my house. Clint, their technician has been a godsend! Clint goes above and beyond to make sure that he fixes any issues that come up with my spa. Not only does he fix it, but he also follows up to make sure that my spa is operating properly.
