Words can't express how amazing Parklane Pool Company has been for us! We truly don't know what we would have done without them. Last season we had valet pool service with MC&R and had a horrible experience. We corresponded several repair issues for months that went ignored and unrepaired. Upon having Parklane open our pool for the 2026 season, we realized the extent of MC&R's incompetence and found out these issues compounded over the winter.Ross, Caitlynn & Alex worked together and had all of these issues repaired in less than a week! Alex's knowledge is far beyond anyone that we've worked with and he easily indentified and fixed all repair issues. We corresponded these same issues to MC&R over 2 months last summer and not once were they able to repair or even make an attempt to repair these issues. Their communication was absolutely terrible, often showing up unannounced with no correspondence. Parklane could not be more opposite, they always send us a reminder prior to each visit and communicate exactly what they did.A pool can be a big investment and it's imperative that you have a quality company who can service it for you when needed. Using Parklane has been one of the best decisions that we've made, and I guarantee that they will extend the life of our pool and equipment.We also had them replace our liner this spring, and they did an amazing job! They removed our old one, installed the new one and had our pool filled and functional within 2 days. They are absolutely incredible and we would recommend them to anyone with a pool or spa!
