Cameron Pool Leak were so very professional and empathetic to our needs. Julie would keep us apprised of the changing schedule regularly and always responded to any questions we had. Cameron Leak Detection is quality service, and has quite a backlog because of that. However, Julie does a great job and keeping up-to-date with us on the status of where we are on the waitlist. Scott came ans scheduled and was very experienced with great equipment. Did an excellent job of finding leaks in our relatively large 45 foot pool with spa.
WORTH the WAIT! When I originally reached out, we were #90 on the list, but my pool guy, Connor Blair, told me they were with the wait. Julie kept me posted on where I stood in the line. Every other week she sent me a text message to ensure me that we were not forgotten. Then we got the Word that we would be scheduled the Week of February 17th. Julie then started to advise me every other day the anticipated date so we could coordinate with our busy work schedules. They held totally true to the date, even though the pool before was a rough one. Scott showed up and completely inspected our pool thoroughly. My husband was amazed at the equipment he used to make sure the job was done properly. Luckily, he found the leak which was in our light of all places. Who would have thought that such a small spot could make a huge pool loose so much water. That’s how detailed his examination is. The leak was easily fixed and Scott even check it again to make sure that it was not leaking further. Thank You to Scott and Julie for your professionalism.
The service provided by Scott Cameron was outstanding. Julie kept me updated as I moved up the waiting list. When I originally called I was #57. The service provided was very professional. I knew my leak was in the spa not the pool. I was very concerned that it could be a leak in the underground PVC piping in 1or all 6 jets. A repair of this type would cost in the thousands of dollars. I was relieved when Scott found the problem in a matter of minutes.The leaks found were structural not pressure leaks. Four of my six jets were leaking water through the crevices in the plaster & concrete wall all around the outside of the jet fittings. Once the leaks were found Scott made sure I knew where each leak was & he recommended how to repair. After finding the leaks Scott continued to inspect all other fittings i.e. drains & spa lite, no problems found. Scott also inspected my filtration system to make sure all was OK & he found a crack in one of my filter inlet unions. Repairs will also be made to this location. I would highly recommend Cameron Leak Detection for troubleshooting any leaks in your pool.
