They have been super helpful. I’m currently renting a house that has a pool. They opened the pool for us and educated me on how to do everything really. It started filled with algae and leaves and acorns and all things nasty. Couldn’t even see the bottom of the shallow end.I now have a crystal clear pool and know how to maintain it properly.
Being new to the area and also new to pool ownership, I followed the recommendation of the previous owners and went to R&R Pool. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carol and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain all the features of my pool, what the different terminology and readings mean, and how to properly maintain everything.As a first-time pool owner, I really appreciated the guidance and support. R and R pools has been opening and closing our pool for the last 3 years. They are competent and dependable; a few times they found minor issues during our opening and fixed them with minimal charges. They also test our water chemistry for both our pool and hot tub, no charge. Highly recommended!!!
Cant comment on R&R's service; however, be aware that if you purchase an Arctic Spa from them you will not be able to get it serviced unless you live within a short distance of Littleton MA. I am 61 miles away and apparently way out of their service radius. Local technicians will not service Arctic because Arctic corporate will not assist them - so you will be SOL!
These guys are the best! I've been working with this team for about 10 years now. They have helped me a ton with my pool, and I love my Artic Spa! I had some pool issues this year and they were able to come out and help me within days - amazing. Thanks so much Brad and team!
