Our concrete was done wrong. They added more concrete than asked for so the drains were not used. It was slanted so bad that I can't put any outdoor furniture there. Splattered concrete on my white house. Didn't use a grounded outlet for our outlet. Said they would come back and replace it but didn't. I am having to have someone else to replace it. Broke one of the gages on the pump and glued it back on without telling us. Mr. Butler didn't over see the project so not much supervising. We paid to much for the size pool that we got and the problems. I would not recommend Butler Pool. I noticed the negative reviews don't get put on their website. It they had, we would have not used them.

This review is long overdue. We had a Butler pool installed spring in 2023. From down payment to full installation, the process took about 3-4 months. Customer service was superb, the staff kept us informed along the way. Pool school with Josh was very clear and informative. Josh was very patient to ensure our full understanding. There were a couple of small issues after installation, one was a year later. Both were repaired without incident. Butler customer service was top notch! Since 2023 we have received many compliments on our pool and several comments noting the integrity of Joe Butler. We love our Butler pool and recommend to anyone looking to get a fiberglass pool.
Professional and thorough! Butler pool and spa provided all the information we needed to make an informed first pool purchase. The installation was organized and neat. The 3 day process did not interrupt our day to day routine. They were clean and professional. Also, Josh, our pool teacher, was thorough in his explanation and teaching of how to clean the pool filters, on how to operate the pool and jacuzzi heater, and most importantly on pool water health.
