We have been so beyond pleased with Duvall's service. Caleb specifically went above and beyond to make another pool company's error with our equipment right and fixed our salt chlorinator, pump, and pool lights. They are proactive about communication regarding service visits. Everyone in the store is always so helpful and knowledgeable and asks good questions to make sure we get what we need. We are raving fans of Duvall and are so glad we discovered their service and store.

We are very pleased with the service provided. They had to reschedule our first appointment due to weather… understandably so. They got us set up for their very next availability. The servicemen were professional and knowledgeable. It took them no time to get our liner tucked back behind the coping where it had came loose.
Duvall Pool did a great job at scheduling and getting to my pool quickly. They re-plastered my pool, changed the lights, changed the pump, and sand filter. During the project there were some surprises... but nothing that the team did not handle professionally and quickly to correct. I appreciated their promptness and their willingness to work with me through all of my questions. I would recommend. Thanks guys!
Josh installed our liner and he absolutely went above and beyond. Our pool looks like a totally different pool. From the time they got here until the time they left they kept me updated with the progress and even screwed in our pieces for the cover. The price that we paid for the liner included everything that was needed to install where other companies have all of these extra charges. We will be using Duvall Pool and Leak Detection for all of our pool needs!
