American Pool and Staff did an amazing job restoring my pool from start to finish. They were extremely responsive to all aspects of the work performed and were always readily available when I reached out to them.
Just had my pool opened and it went great. Ryan, Ian and Lou were amazing! They cleaned it until it looked brand new. 8 bags of leaves and debris bagged and brought to garage. Set my pump times and made sure everything was working perfect. Best opening to date! Thanks guys!
First time I've submitted a review, but felt it was warranted after a great experience I had with American Pool. It was time for significant updates to our gunite pool, including coping and resurfacing. American Pool took the time to talk through the process, discuss options, and never pressed for a sale to be made. Personal consultations at our home, followed by professional teams working efficiently to meet a deadline provided a positive experience and quality work. Additionally, following a mishap with a tent rental company puncturing a pool line underground when setting up my graduation party, American Pool was able to repair the issue within an hour or two of their visit. Happy to recommend American Pool.

We have been using American Pool for over 15 years. We have owned our home for 25 years and for the first 10 years we used 4 pool services until we switched to American. We have a very large complex salt pool and they keep it looking top notch. They have always been responsive to us and have kept us up to date with the latest technology. I have also enjoyed the staff very much over the years. I see some bad reviews here and maybe things did not work out for whatever reason. But my vote says they are the very best pool service company in the metropolitan area. And I am not related or neighbors with these people. Just a long term satisfied customer
