I think the merit of a company is based on their performance when you really need them. I took on a pool DIY which was above my level and my pool party hanging in the balance. Thanks to solid in store service from Jamie, followed by amazing service work by Jamie and Chris and especially to Austin and Omar the pool was up and running and the party was a success. Very grateful for their service team.

As a first-time hot tub owner, I was honestly a little nervous about how difficult ownership and maintenance might be, but the entire team made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. Jayme was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the sales process, answering all of my questions and helping me choose the right hot tub. After delivery, Joe and Domenic made several visits to my home to make sure everything was working perfectly. They truly went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt comfortable and confident operating the spa. Everyone at Aquatic Pool & Spa has been a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers long after the sale is complete. The hot tub itself is amazing, and owning it has been much easier than I ever expected thanks to Aquatic’s support. I highly recommend Aquatic Pool & Spa to anyone looking for a hot tub or pool. I was hoping to be a potential customer but after having three separate interaction with the sales manager I realized they don't care about their customers at all even before the sale. I was simply asking for pricing and brochure information via email. I can't even imagine how they would take care of a customer after the fact. It's a shame too. They looked promising.

We chose Aquatic Pool based on their reputation and recommendations. Tom worked with us from start to finish on the pool, patio design as well as the retaining walls we needed and location of the fence. Amanda in the office was always quick to answer any questions we had. All of their crew on every aspect of the installation were professional and courteous. The results are spectacular. Our whole family and especially the grandchildren love the pool. It was a positive experience and we continue to use Aquatic Pool for our water testing and service.

Class Act all the way!!! They have done so much work on our pool the past few years that Davis Pool couldn’t do at all! Fidel and his partner were a fantastic team together!!!! They both worked hard on my leaking pool and also fixed all my wrinkles in the bottom of the pool! They drained my pool fixed the wrinkles and filled it all staying late just to get the job done!!! And they did an awesome job!!!! In 2003 I made a huge mistake picking the wrong company to install my pool for sure!!!! And I have been paying for it year after year!!!! Ohh well !!!! Live n learn I guess! Thank you Fidel and your partner!!!! Hard workers and caring!??

I can’t say enough good things about Steve from the Guilford store. For WEEKS I had been battling a water issue with my hot tub and with Steve’s help and guidance my hot tub is better than it’s ever been. With multiple water tests and specific instructions and chemicals he had me up and running within 2 days! The entire time he was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Thank you!!

Aquatic Pool & Spa installed our pool over 10 years ago. We have been very happy with their service crew - Joe, Dominic and Jose and several more team members. When we place a service call, the crew comes out right away. We are very appreciative. Having a Guilford location for supplies and water testing has been very convenient for us as well.
