Horrible maintenance services please avoid the monthly scam they promote. They do not do anything on a monthly basis but fill water and balance water. If you find anything unusual after their services they automatically become defensive and inform you that you will have to pay an additional fee for them to investigate even if you are on a monthly maintenance program. Worst local customer service experience I have ever been involved in the Reno, NV market.

From the moment we walked in their showroom in Sparks to the orientation, it was awesome. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable with everything we didn’t know, and it was all of it. Steve was great with communication and Natasha, who did the orientation, was an expert on dealing with people who are first timers with spas. She explained the process with detail and was open to all of my questions. The best thing is that they offer quarterly maintenance on the spas! Thank you Creative Hot Tub Designs.

If your looking to purchase a hot tub, the entire team at Creative Hot Tubs stand behind their tubs and actually deliver on their promises. We had an unfortunate manufacturing defect leak issue that the Creative Hot Tubs team worked diligently to correct. However, they reassured and communicated upfront throughout the repair process they would stand behind their repair work. Unfortunately, the leak could not be successfully repaired. The Creative Hot Tube Team, went back to the factory and had them honor the warranty and replace the whole tube with a new tub, brand new!!! WOW…that’s customer service!!! I’m forever grateful to the entire Creative Hot Tub Team!!! Thank-You!!!
