Built my pool about 10 years ago. It is leaking terribly, (lost about 20k gallons in the past month). I asked them to come by to help me determine where the pipes were, offering to pay them. They refused to even send someone...too busy for the "foreseeable future". Don't care!Seems fishy... Construction defects???
Had 4 appointments scheduled with this company, left work early and lost pay.... twice!!! Trust this company with our money to put in a pool??? No way.... we'd rather have a blow up pool.
Met owner in store. He said he would call to make an appointment to come to house within a week. 2 weeks later I called and was told he would get back to me that day. 2 weeks later I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back, got vm and left message. Never heard back.
I wouldn't give this place even one star but for the knowledge and promptness of the tech. The receptionist was extremely rude two times to me and refused my business for bogus reasons e.g. claiming I had not paid a bill that I never even received, and that though I discussed the circumstances with the tech and we had come to an arrangement re the padlocks on mySide gate, the receptionist claimed I was "wasting their time" and they wouldn't do business with "people like me." Keep your blood pressure down, don't bother with this business.
