Very clean and professional business. Got to meet the owners and they were very gracious. MJ was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I would highly recommend this place for your hot tub needs.

After months of going back and forth on what spa brand to buy I came across a few different posts that changed my mind on how to look for a spa. The brand only matters so much, it's more about the people selling it and servicing it. The highest end spas can have issues and if you don't like working with the people that service it or they never call back/show up than you will end up hating your spa. MJ was very very easy to work with, I haven't had any issue getting a hold of him or getting any of my silly questions answered, if there are any issues with my spa I have no doubt it will be taken care of.

Upfront prices on an amazing therapeutic hot tub!Our last hot tub we bought online which was cheaper but then had to pay for chemicals, the cover lift, steps & a rental hot tub mover equipment to get it from the curb to the back yard. Very stressful. Had to hook up ourselves plus assemble steps & attach lift.This time steps assemble , lift attached, delivery to the back yard was all included .Plus a starter chemical kit, regular size of all you need, along with a personal tutorial of how the hot tub works, and how to use the chemicals. So no stress!Last hot tub my husband & electrical friend did the work to hook up 220 volt. Later we found out it wasn’t to code.This time, they hooked us up with 2 companies for a free estimate. We went with Titan contracting since they answered all my man’s questions & cost the same when he did it himself which is about $2,000 but to code & he didn’t have to do it.Last note but should have been the 1st, the jet packs which is unique to bull frog is actually THERAPEUTIC like a massage. One knob will adjust the hole pack pressure vs adjusting each jet individually. Hence, there is less air & tubing lines that could have issues later. So ya, Arctic spas has paneling all the way around to access issues which I was 1st impressed by. However with bull frog, there is less issues with less piping. So not so impressed. Plus ALL bull frog tubs have a base to keep the critters out and easier to move later if needed.As a retired dental hygienist, I wish I knew the difference to spend a little extra on a bull frog tub with therapeutic massagers then getting an online tub. It would have saved me $ on not having to pay for massages, acupuncture, and chiropractic care.For woman who tend to float, I highly recommend a lounger. It sits a bit higher & easier to stay next to the jets. Plus, it provides extra levels to find ways to stretch. Why stretch on the ground when you can do it in a hot tub.Obviously, we love our A6L bull frog model with a water fountain, 5 interior lights & 5 exterior lights. Bonus!Hope this helps someone to invest and see the benefits of a bull frog tub.
We enjoyed working with the whole team at Aqua Elite. They were kind and informative while helping us choose our new spa which we have been enjoying for nearly two weeks already. Definitely recommend them and the Bullfrog Spa.
