Nice staff here, very helpful. However, tried to finance a hot tub, was told my DTI was unacceptable. Went to pool world instead and ended up with a nicer hot tub and a free Traeger for the same price. Paid that hot tub off in 6 months.
I called about a leak in our hot tub. Annette asked me to text photos which I did. I even added labels to them in Photoshop to show the whole set-up. She said Greg would call me about coming out. I waited and finally called back. Again she said Greg would be calling me asap. Two weeks later still no call. (I waited because our tub was originally purchased here.) I finally went searching and found Home Environments (they were amazing). I understand if people are just too busy but it'd be nice to know. I wasted a lot of time thinking they really would call back.
We purchased a home in Spokane in 2014 with a Spa that had been sold and installed by Northwest. They were fantastic with helping us maintain it and finally this year we replaced it with a new Spa. The team at Northwest arranged everything - including a crane to remove the old spa and place the new one on a second floor deck. Mike and Pat (install team) finished the setup yesterday. These guys are thorough, careful, and do such a great job. My wife commented on how patient they were in explaining everything in detail regarding the setup and operation of the new Spa. A great family owned business. Greg and Laura never disappoint. I would recommend Northwest without any hesitation.Jack D
Great experience. We bought our hot tub about a year ago from Northwest Spa and Pool. This past week we had our first and only problem with the tub. We lost power to the tub, and with the cold temps I was worried about the water freezing. I called first thing in the morning. They had someone out a few hours later who diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us up and running again. Turns out it was just a fluke issue which was easily resolved. Great service in a timely manner. These guys are great to work with. Thank you!
