Pavel and his apprentice came to our rescue mid June. We have a Cover Pools automatic cover which had a pulley rope that was severed. This has been an extremely busy summer for those in the pool business, but Pavel managed to fit us into his busy schedule in a very timely fashion. He was extremely polite, informative and efficient and did an excellent job not only repairing our severed rope, but also provided a thorough inspection and tune up of our pool cover.I had spoken to another pool cover repair company here in town prior to getting in contact with Pavel and I was told to replace my rope they would also have to replace the cover itself. This condition was told to me prior to that company ever looking up any information about our cover and sight unseen. I was told it was “routine” to replace the cover at the same time. Obviously it would have been MUCH more expensive to replace the cover in addition to repairing the rope.Much to my relief, after hands on inspection of my cover by Pavel, he assured me that our cover appeared to have another 4-5 years of life left and did NOT need replacing any time in the near future.Pavel was honest, polite, thorough, experienced and very good at his job. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend him!
I was referred to Pavel by the couple that installed and maintained my pool , they have retired. Based on the work I do I expect excellence and am unhesitant to say that Pavel more than met my expectations. My pool cover required replacement and his work was prompt, on schedule, precisely and excellently done - besides he is so thorough in leaving an impeccably clean site. Oh my Gosh! We are so impressed with Pavel and the amazing job he did on our pool!He was ALWAYS there when he said he would be there, our place is an hour and fifteen minutes North of Spokane and he would make the trip and show up on time, every time!When we had started out this project, replace liner and cover as well as repair to our motors and pumps, we had contacted a local, well known, pool business and had received a quote. Well thank God we found out about Pavel, his was half the cost! This was accurate up until the very end as well, normally my experience is that it is always more when you get the final bill! Not with Pavel, you get what he says you will get.His work is exceptional and he is a stickler for detail, he even impressed my type A husband!Would not even hesitate to send you his way! Pavel came to our residence within an hour of our call. He had to repair an expensive bungled job done by a different pool company. He was very professional and amiable. He is obviously very knowledgeable about pools and pool covers. We would recommend him to anyone. His prices were so reasonable.
