From opening, to providing much needed information on care/maintaining of our pool, Doug's staff goes above and beyond. We've used them for >25 years and always find the service exceptional.
Our pool is over ten years old and was in serious need of some tlc by the experts. Tyler and Koleby came to the rescue this afternoon and they were quickly able to diagnose the issues, (there were several), and get it back into shape.Not only did they work on the pool, but they both were able to provide guidance and instruction on keeping the pool in better condition. Many thanks for this extra care and their patience in helping us.Our pool cover suffered damage from the April hailstorm and had not been working properly. They stepped right in and were able to diagnose the problem and provide a quick fix for it until the pool cover people can take care of it. Wishing Koleby and Tyler the best, and appreciate the quick response by the company to assign them to help.
