We are so happy with our spa from Imber! The entire process was easy and smooth. Everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, and kind. They answered all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our purchase.The spa was delivered and installed on time, and the team did a great job setting everything up. They also made sure to educate us on how to properly care for it. We’ve been enjoying it so much — it’s the perfect way to relax and unwind. Our kids, who are athletes, appreciate it so much after a hard workout or game.Highly recommend this company if you’re interested in a spa or pool! Top notch service, thank you!
Horrible experience. Pool not level, multiple leaks, tanning ledge not level. Very difficult to communicate with. Probably did 8 hours of actual on site work over 6 months. When I finally terminated them they blamed me and everyone else. Never once did I hear we are sorry. They would always string us along saying they were going to take care of it but never did. Stay away from this company.
We hired Imber to build our pool late 2022. They met with us the same day we called. From there, it was a great experience. They were professional, and led us through all the production selection/options phase seamlessly. From there, they delivered the project on time, and on budget, creating the perfect backyard oasis for us. Overall our experience with them was great, and we have and will continue to recommend their work.
