This pool company has been fantastic to work with. The team is always friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable about pool care and equipment. They have helped us with water testing, chemical balancing, maintenance questions, repairs, and installation support over the years.What stands out most is their honesty and experience. They take the time to explain what the pool needs and never make us feel pressured into buying unnecessary products. Their recommendations have always been accurate and helpful.It is clear they truly know their pool products and care about their customers. We appreciate having a company we can trust for everything from routine maintenance advice to larger pool repairs and projects. Highly recommend their services.
I am confused, I hear good things about this company from a project they did for my neighbor a decade ago and really wanted to use them. Filled out the contact us form back before spring break this year - nothing. This last week I called and the only thing I could get was a generic service voice mail box. No call back still. Guess they don't like customers/money/business?Message received.
I’ve never closed a pool and was wanting it done properly so I reached out to these guys. I asked the guy for a quote prior to them coming out, gave me the price for the pool cover and the water tubes I was needing which came out to $310 but told me he “couldn’t give me a price because he wasn’t sure the amount of work it entailed”.They brought out 3 techs to do the job, 2 of which were there for 1.5 hours, and the third was there for 2 hours. The rates they charged were apparently discounted 30% according to whomever I talked to and they were still gut wrenchingly obnoxious: Tech 1 Peter- $169 per hour (1.5 hours for a total of $253.50). Tech 3 Aaron with Charles $98 (3 hours for a total of $294) . Total of 547.50 just in labor without being told about hourly rates.They seem to have done a good job but the pricing is just outrageous. Charging $169 an hour for one guy and an additional $98 an hour for the other two guys is just crazy. You’d expect a professional to be up front and honest about pricing but the fact that he didn’t tell me how much they charge for hourly rates is just flat out pathetic and unprofessional. For that reason I give this company a 1 star review and advise you to choose a different company for your needs.
