The best, hands down. Whether it's prompt service for repairs, or a smooth experience buying new, this is your place. I purchased a new spa after mine was destroyed by lightning. Service tech Nate got out here quickly, diagnosed the issues, and left me with the decision to repair or buy new. The spa was pushing 10 years old. Kelly priced a new one so reasonably the decision was easy. I'm now enjoying morning coffee in my new spa, my happy place! Thank you!!

As soon as we walked in The Spa Gallery the staff was very helpful. They got Kelly to help us. She was so nice and informative. She paid attention to our wants and didn’t try to upsell us which we appreciated very much. We still checked out the other hot tub places in Springfield before settling with TSG.Scott was also very helpful in our calls, emails, and text. The delivery guys were awesome and very patient getting it in and set up. It was a pure delight doing business with them from start to finish!!!
