We recently had a new pool liner and heater installed. Bollman's was professional and communicative throughout the process, was helpful in explaining our options, and even though it wasn't cheap, I thought the pricing was fair. The technicians did an excellent job installing the new liner, and also explained a few things about the heater and the pool controls that I didn't know, which will help extend the life of the new equipment. I am appreciative of the professional work and the customer service from Bollman's (and I say that as someone who has gone through a couple other pool companies in town in the past, with less-than-good results).Thank you for doing such a great job and helping us enjoy our pool even more!!!

Extremely over priced, $175 bill to tell me my panel is out and no that's not included in the price to fix it. Would be nice if they were up front about pricing. Taking the L on this one. ??
This is the only place in Springfield I trust with my pool needs...and I've used a quite a few others over the years. They are always patient with explaining to me what chemicals I need and why. Since they are such a trusted part of our community, they are busy, and can't always take on new clients (like me,) but they referred me to someone who does.
