Said open Saturday at 11am. Showed up at 11:15am doors locked. No answer on the phone. Left a message 9 hours later NO response. Disappointing trying to use local companies.Update I did receive a call from the company on the Monday. Turns out an employee got hurt on the icy roads that were everywhere those days and got injured. I will Totally give this company another shot at my business. Glad they reached out.
I tried calling our hot tub manufacturer (arctic spa) to come out to service our tub however it’s been a challenge getting them to come out! Someone gave me spa tech’s number. They answered immediately, booked me for their first available appointment which was only 3 business days away from my call! They showed up in the morning, took minutes to diagnose, got the part immediately and repaired my tub! It couldn’t be anymore efficient than that. We are so pleased with the service. The tech was polite, professional and easy to understand. The cost was to be expected. Great job today guys! Appreciate the service
We bought an old 2008 hot tub off Marketplace early 2025. Had a couple issues with it, both of which Sean was able to diagnose and replace or repair the parts either day of or the following week if they needed to order the part. Very knowledgeable and hot tub functions very well after these repairs despite being 17 years old.
