Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise attentive service and installation teams for their explanations and responsiveness; one customer calls the weekly cleaning generally excellent and says it stays on top of issues. One reviewer reports poor skimmer-replacement work, crooked cement and an unsealed hole drilled into a shed without permission, and says the balance for two jobs was taken without asking. That same reviewer praised Rich’s liner team for keeping them informed and making suggestions.

Boldt installed our pool 10+ years ago, have been happy ever since. Use their weekly cleaning service, generally excellent and on top of issues as they arise. Eric did an amazing cleaning today, the pool is sparkling. Would recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are parts included in Boldt Pools and Spas’ service pricing?
Service pricing covers the listed task only; required parts, fittings or equipment are billed separately.
What does a custom safety-cover order involve?
Custom safety covers require on-site measurement, after which the manufacturer prepares a drawing for approval. The approval process typically takes 1–3 business days, and covers are usually ready within 7–10 business days once ordered.
Can all hot tub makes and models be winterized?
No. Boldt Pools and Spas does not service all makes and models.
What does a pool need for a lock-in winter cover?
It needs a second, top channel around the coping, where the cover bead locks in.
