Boldt Pools very disappointing service. Work for replacement of skimmer and collapsed was terrible and half ass. Cement isn’t straight as you can see and they drilled into my shed without my permission. Didn’t even seal it. PLEASE Do Not Give Them your VISA as they took the balance for the 2 different jobs without asking. I was impressed with Rich that put in the liner. Thank goodness that turn out amazing. Rich and his team were amazing keeping me informed and made suggestions. I would use them for a liner for sure nothing that needs to be repaired do it yourself you could probably do better than these professionals. What is the cost to get this done properly? One year later nothing.
Boldt installed our pool 10+ years ago, have been happy ever since. Use their weekly cleaning service, generally excellent and on top of issues as they arise. Eric did an amazing cleaning today, the pool is sparkling. Would recommend.
We had an issue with our pool liner when we opened our pool this year, and Matt, the Service Manager, went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Nick and his crew have been great in the process of replacing my liner and adding concrete steps. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the benefits of the way they were doing it. They were great when my kids were around too, answering all of their questions as well. 95% of the job has been finished and I am very happy. I'm sure the last 5% will go as smoothly as well. Best pool business in operation. Bryce and the crew were amazing. No complaints and would highly recommend this pool installation crew.Tony was amazing with his tutorial on how to open and close a pool. Very knowledgeable and always more than willing to help out with any problem. From start to finish this was by far the right choice for us. Couldn’t be any happier.
