Been shopping here for a few years now! Paradise always seems to have all the supplies I am looking for when it comes to pool season; this year when opening I had a boy named Darin fill my chlorine and the kind boy offered to carry it to my car I couldn’t believe it! Awesome service, love when youth are willing to give a helping hand And go beyond the expectations of their pay! ????????
I have been coming to Paradise Pools for years to get parts, supples and water tests. The customer service has always been great.Recently, I purchased a new pump and had some issues installing ( no fault of the store ). I came back to the store with the pump and even though the pump tested perfectly fine, Amy allowed me to exchange for a different model.Awesome customer service!!Thanks so much,Shawn Morrison
June of 2025 I asked for a quote for a new safety cover for my pool, they came out to measure in July of 2025 and order confirmed. October 28 of 2025 I inquired as to what was happening with my order as I had paid half. Seems as if the order should have been filled already, the cover finally arrived in November of 2025 and to my surprise it was the wrong size for my pool. They came out to measure again in November and said that there would be a rush as my pool needed to be closed. They piled the wrong cover in the corner of my yard along with the packaging so I guess it was my responsibility to dispose of their mistake at my expense. In March of 2026 i finally received the right cover. When I inquired as to why it took so long the lady said the cover had been sitting in the warehouse all winter. Nobody thought to inform me that the cover had arrived?If you are a do it yourself type of person this is not the place you want. I have been to the store and they are always friendly and knowledgeable when I buy pool products.I don’t know what happened here but I feel like if I had paid for the installation and not installed the cover myself it would have been different. When I inquired about the poor customer experience there was radio silence.
We had our pool cloudy for a few weeks but the numbers for chlorine and PH were right. We put in the clear tabs and it was better but still not right. Anthony kept working with us on the pool and mentioned about our sand in our filter as to when we last changed it. He was exactly right as after we replaced the sand it has been great and easy to take care of. Our sand was way too old. It was worth going here and worth the longer drive instead of going to a closer pool store. Thanks again Anthony as you are knowledgeable and it is easy to see how you enjoy helping your customers. My pool went from a filthy nasty mess (thanks to the prior tenant) to absolutely beautiful because of these guys. They're AMAZING! They fixed it when no one else would. They took 4 hours to pump the filthy water, clean the foundation, scoop the crud out and reattach the liner. It looks the way it always should have.I highly recommend this company to anyone with pool issues.
