Chance came right out when I was having trouble with my new salt water chlorine generator. He diagnosed that it was defective and got replacement parts from the manufacturer. Replaced the parts and got me set up. I will wholeheartedly recommend Chance and his pool service.

Chance was able to come the day we called. He fixed our pool heater and checked everything else to make sure things were running smoothly. He did a great job, he’s a very nice guy, and we will definitely call him the next time we need help.

Chance came out to give us a quote for monthly pool service and honestly just went above and beyond from the start. While he was here, he noticed something we'd been putting off dealing with for a while and just... helped us fix it. No agenda, no upsell — just a genuinely good guy.

I have never had a pool before. In reading the reviews, I called First Chance. He does an excellent job. He is always there when I've had concerns, including once when some small metal pieces got into the bottom of my pool through the cover, and he completely got rid of the stains. He always responds right away. It has made this process of owning my first pool so much easier. I can recommend the service wholeheartedly!
