Victoria, Craig, and Dan were amazing. Victoria impressed us with her knowledge and was a key reason why we made the switch from the competition. The team handled everything. Craig and Dan coordinated with the boom truck, which made delivery stress free! They gave us a full run through of our spa. Told us what to expect and how to set up/look after our spa & to reach out with any questions or concerns. We are very excited and very proud owners of our new swim spa- truly a dream come true!
We purchased our hot tub in 2011. We have been dealing with Bubbas ever since. Their expertise on maintaining hot tubs is exceptional. In the last 14 years we only replaced a few hot tub covers and a pump. We have shared many wonderful memories over the years with family and friends in the hot tub. Once you enter their shop you are surrounded with friendly faces and well informed employees.
