This review is for everyone thinking of visiting Hot Tub Pros for your hot tub needs…This year I bought a new hot tub when I moved homes. First I visited my old hot tub store. Then I decided to visit Hot Tub Pros. I’m glad I did. I believe the Beachcomber line of tubs is superior to the brand I previously owned. I am finding the water quality stays better for a longer period of time. The filtration hush pump seems to be the secret. Additionally, I appreciate the floor jets and the system of controlling water jets around the tub.I also find the tech service to be quicker and better. I have not needed to wait longer than the next day or day to get service when I needed it… which was all associated with the new install.Lastly, I am finding the Beachcomber brand of chemicals and water quality products are better than my previous 8 years experience with another brand. The water seems more stable and clear. I’ve had no water issues with this tun and this chemical system.Overall, I would recommend giving Hot Pros a serious chance for your hot tub needs. A long-standing Canadian company and line of tubs.Hope you find these comments useful.
Just had a new tub delivered and the whole process from start to finish was excellent. Andrew's service far exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this company!
Best price and super friendly. I found Andrew and Justin to be both friendly and professional. They were very helpful, offered suggestions, and got me the best price. Not only that, but they were quick to resolve my hot tub tub issue and give advice! Would definitely recommend over others.
My hot tub just recently broke and wasn’t producing any heat (in the middle of winter). I called the place who I purchased my hot tub through and they couldn’t give me a date when they could send somebody by to look at it. They said they would call a few days before but it could be up to 2 weeks or more. I asked if I could get an appointment and they said that’s not the way they do it.I called Hot Tub Pros not thinking they would offer any help as I didn’t buy the hot tub through them. Andrew picked up the phone when I called and he was super friendly and so reassuring that my hot tub would not freeze as long as the pump was going keeping the water moving. He said he would have somebody come by the next morning. Justin showed up the next morning to my house and called me right away as soon as he looked at my tub. He said I’m pretty sure it’s the heater but change the filter and try a few things first. I did but nothing worked so he ordered me a heater as they didn’t have that particular one in stock. As soon as it came in (within a week) they called me and was there the next day to install it and it now works perfect.The service that I received through them was exceptional. Both Andrew and Justin were so friendly and reassuring that they would get it fixed as soon as possible. I honestly got way better service from them than I did from the actual place I bought the tub. I know where I will be going for now on if I ever need to buy another tub or if I need any accessories or chemicals.Thank you guys and I will be sure past along my postive review to anybody looking to buy a hot tub. I appreciate what you did :)
