Almost 2 months ago I decided I was going to consider purchasing a Hottub after many years of wanting one. Of course I was clueless how to purchase one. I didn’t know what was required, which ones were better suited for our Newfoundland winters, which features were available, what the price would be, and what was involved in taking care of one. I was “just looking” when I walked into the Hottub and Sauna Depot but right away they answered so many questions I had in my mind. They helped me compare the different models and come up with one that I decided on, at a great price might I add. Phil helped me with everything I needed to get started and has been there to answer questions ever since. Once It was setup and ready to use I figured out it wasn’t only something I always wanted, it was something I always needed and didn't realize. Thank you Hottub and Sauna Depot, best purchase EVER!!!!
Amazing service from the showroom right through to delivery. No pushy sales, no upselling, just making sure we got exactly what we were after.The pricing was fair and upfront from the start. We walked in with a rough idea of what we wanted, and Fred helped us find the right fit. No pressure, no sales pitch, just honest service.Installation went smooth as well. The boys had the tub in place in no time, no hassle at all, and they gave us a solid walkthrough on how everything worked. Seeing the owner out there doing installs too says a lot. They clearly care just as much about the setup as they do the sale.Overall, an unreal company to deal with. If I ever need another tub, I won’t bother shopping around, I’ll be going straight back.
We went to the store in Mount Pearl and were greeted promptly by an employee. He was very polite and asked a few questions on what size and price. He showed us a few models that were on the showroom floor which very helpful. During our visit the store owner came out and introduced himself and assured us that they were interested in our business and they are price competitive.We haven’t purchased yet but I would highly recommend Hot Tub and Sauna Depot to anyone looking for hot tub, swim spa or a Sauna.
From the initial visit to check out some tubs right to the drop off and run-down, everyone at the depot has been amazing to deal with.Fred, Amanda, Phil, and Josh all kept in constant communication to make sure we got the exact tub we wanted while being flexible on delivery dates due to having to pour a slab for the tub to go on.Phil and Josh dropped off the tub and it was not only quick, but efficient. These guys know their tubs and were very helpful in getting everything ready for the electrician.We could not have picked a better shop to buy a tub from. Everyone was very personable, friendly, and patient with us as we had many questions and had to align scheduling for delivery. The tub itself is perfect for my partner and I - especially for the price! Having the option to plug and play or wire direct to the panel was a great feature as well. We really had a great experience from start to finish, and now it's time to sit back and enjoy this unit.If you are in the market for something of the sort, the depot has plenty to offer at very desirable prices, with amazing customer service. They will certainly be our go-to if we ever decide to upgrade to a bigger tub or purchase a sauna!
My husband and I recently purchased a hot tub from The Hot Tub and Sauna Depot.The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Fred was our initial contact and got the ball rolling. Amanda and Josh were both very informative when we went in to pick out our hot tub. Amanda was amazing and consistent with keeping us up to date with the delivery of our hot tub. Phil and Josh delivered our hot tub and walked us through all the necessary details. They were both very friendly and informative and set up was quick and efficient. Thank you to all the staff for making this a pleasant experience.We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to enjoying our hot tub.
