After reviewing swim/spas and all-weather pools from all manufactures, I chose the Arctic Spa company because of their quality, superior engineering and construction.I bought the Ocean model swim/spa with the rowing/fitness kit in August of 2024 from Arctic Spa of Ellisville Missouri and it has exceeded all of what I hoped for since its installation.My saltwater swim/spa is a vacation at home every day, whether I use it for exercise, hydrotherapy or just relaxing. After set up, the swim/spa needs little care and is always ready for use. The Spa Boy app is easy to use and very convenient while helping to run the swim/spa efficiently and quietly.The swim/spa I purchased has a high-quality acrylic with fiberglass backing shell and insulated cedar cabinet that requires little to no maintenance. Additionally, it has a solid one-piece forever floor that adds to the strength of the swim/spa but also enables it to be moved easily to another location. I also purchased the easy cover lifters that enables the Mylovac cover to sit parallel with the swim/spa ends and not block the views.Nick Tufts is wonderful to work with and is always responsive to any calls or texts. We loved the no pressure yet helpful approach that Nick gave us when we were searching for our hot tub. He was the 4th location that we had visited and the 1st that didnt pressure us or badmouth his competition. We love our new hot tub but Nick has been with us every step of the way with a very personal touch. If we had any questions, we had his cell phone number to text and he would get right back with us. We had no idea what we wanted or even the size but Nick had us climbing into the floor models to see which size and which seats fit us the best.
First and foremost Nick was great to work with. He was very transparent about all the steps and helped with setup. After it was installed he has called multiple times to see how we are enjoying the swimspa. One of the best purchases we have made. Great store with great people. Thank you
The team at Arctic Spas were amazing. Nick and Tom made a complicated delivery process feel like a breeze and handled everything. Electric took awhile to install and the guys waited patiently and made sure everything was set up and working before they left. The value gained buying from Arctic Spas is totally worth the price.
