They have been consistently responsive and continue to show they value our business. They retrofitted our aging concrete pool with a new custom sized vinyl liner and new equipment. Their recommendation to get 'the attendant' when initially installing all of our equipment, made my life easier as the main pool care taker. After opening our pool for the summer we discovered it was losing water badly. I called three different leak detection companies in the area. Pinnacle was the only to return my call. Even though it was Memorial Day Weekend, Andy was able to fit us in and come out the next day. In 2 hours he was able to find the leaks, apply patches, and get us back up and running. Total life saver. Very knowledgable and honest company, would recommend for leak detection or more extensive remodel jobs.
I was in a jam with the recent snowstorm and was referred by another pool service to Andy at Pinnacle Pools.After several attempts of trying to winterize my older new to me pool myself this fall, I was desperately looking for help before the snow fell on Thanksgiving week.Andy was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable in regards to walking me through the winterizing as he was not able to get out the day I called.I got half of it done and Andy stopped by in the snowstorm this past Saturday to finish blowing out the remaining lines.I will be hiring Pinnacle to update my plumbing pad next spring.Thanks Andy for your help, expertise, and professionalism.

This is the best pool company in town - excellent build quality, superb customer service, and impressive utilization of the latest in pool technology.
