Pinnacle Pool and More

My family has been, and continues to be, impressed with Andy and everyone at Pinnacle Pools. Pinnacle pools worked with us and our unique pool situation. . They have been consistently responsive and continue to show they value our business. They retrofitted our aging concrete pool with a new custom sized vinyl liner and new equipment. Their recommendation to get 'the attendant' when initially installing all of our equipment, made my life easier as the main pool care taker. I hands down recommend this technology to any busy dad taking care of their pool. It takes care of everything and I get to enjoy the pool like everyone else. Thanks to Andy and the team!

After opening our pool for the summer we discovered it was losing water badly. I called three different leak detection companies in the area. Pinnacle was the only to return my call. Even though it was Memorial Day Weekend, Andy was able to fit us in and come out the next day. In 2 hours he was able to find the leaks, apply patches, and get us back up and running. Total life saver. Very knowledgable and honest company, would recommend for leak detection or more extensive remodel jobs.

I was in a jam with the recent snowstorm and was referred by another pool service to Andy at Pinnacle Pools. After several attempts of trying to winterize my older new to me pool myself this fall, I was desperately looking for help before the snow fell on Thanksgiving week. Andy was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable in regards to walking me through the winterizing as he was not able to get out the day I called. I got half of it done and Andy stopped by in the snowstorm this past Saturday to finish blowing out the remaining lines. I will be hiring Pinnacle to update my plumbing pad next spring. Thanks Andy for your help, expertise, and professionalism.

“Andy and Drew made our dream pool a reality with honesty, quality, and care.” Finding a pool builder in a rural area can be a challenge, but working with Pinnacle Pool and More turned out to be an exceptional experience. After speaking with several builders, Andy and Drew immediately stood out. From the very beginning, they impressed us with their professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for our project. What really set them apart was their openness to our ideas while also being honest and transparent about potential concerns. They didn’t just say “yes” to everything—we appreciated their thoughtful feedback and collaborative approach. Their team and partners were outstanding. Every phase of the project—from excavation to construction, decking, and final touches—was handled with care and precision. Our pool build involved multiple components, and Andy and Drew coordinated seamlessly with other contractors we brought in, ensuring everything came together smoothly. Communication was never an issue. They were always accessible and responsive, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process. If you're looking for a pool builder who is honest, transparent, and committed to quality without cutting corners, Pinnacle Pool and More is your best bet. We couldn’t be happier with the results! This is the best pool company in town - excellent build quality, superb customer service, and impressive utilization of the latest in pool technology. I highly recommend them and am glad I chose them after getting multiple quotes from other pool builders. Their prices are fair and lower than some of the other high end builders. Use them, you won't regret it. Best thing I could do for my family. In it every day.
