After a ton of research and meetings with multiple pool companies, we knew Prestige Pools was the right choice for our pool project. From our very first meeting, Patrick stood out. He was incredibly detailed in his quoting process, transparent with expectations, and always extremely responsive — typically answering within minutes or, at most, a few hours. Building a pool is a major investment, and having a team that communicates well, follows through, and truly cares makes all the difference. The customer service we experienced from start to finish was exceptional. Prestige’s team was organized, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They helped guide us through the many decisions that come with building a pool and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Prestige Pools did a wonderful job on our pool project. Their field team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the work on schedule and with great attention to detail. We decided to put in a handrail in the shallow end of our pool. As always, Prestige Pools was so easy to work with. The installer, Bob, was on time and nice to work with. He made sure it was installed properly and that we were happy with it. An overall great experience!

Heading into our 6th year with our Prestige Pool and still no regrets. During our pool opening today I was quickly reminded why we chose Prestige over others from the start with no plans of looking elsewhere. Quality but more importantly, Customer service! Bob was great today working through some issues I had going on. Along with getting us up and running, Bob took time answering a bunch of questions I had and went above and beyond on the details. Prestige has always answered my calls and supported me through learning how to own and maintain a pool. Great company with a family feel!

2019 (Project in Construction- SW Minneapolis). After much research and going through the process of interviewing and getting proposals with all of the top companies to find the best for both quality of work and price, we contracted with Prestige Pools. Our experience to date has been everything you want it to be- in terms of communication, follow through and execution. See pictures of the project from before, to underway beginning August 21. We will update experience and project pictures through completion. The proof will be in the project, and we expect it to be nothing short of spectacular and the best testimonial for prospective Prestige clients. Update: 100% best possible build outcome and continued service relationship with everyone at Prestige years later. I’ve heard all the bad stories from others experiences elsewhere and only good stories of friends and family that have built with PP since I did. Quit thinking about it and hire Prestige. It’s not apples to apples on the value of that last dollar. It’s an investment that will continue to pay off in the tangible and intangible for years to come. Rest assured this is your pool company.
