BlueLux Pools

We had a great experience adding a new pool heat pump to our existing pool system. The installation was smooth, and the unit has been performing wonderfully while keeping operating costs much lower than our previous pool heater. John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the new equipment worked perfectly with our pool setup and plumbing. They carefully worked around our fence and pool area, and everything was put back in even better shape after the job was finished. We are very happy to enjoy comfortable swimming during the cooler season and would gladly recommend this pool builder team for pool equipment upgrades and installation work.

Our pool building experience started toward the end of summer. We met Jonathan, and from the first meeting we felt confident moving forward. he listened closely to everything we wanted and created a beautiful, practical pool design that checked all the boxes on our wish list. We spoke with a few pool contractors, and this team stood out because the design, layout, and overall plan were the best fit for our backyard and budget. They gave us a clear construction timeline, and after hearing so many stories about pool projects going off track, we were very pleased with how smoothly things moved. The crew stayed organized, communicated well, and kept the project progressing as promised. Like any pool build, a few small issues came up along the way, but the team handled them professionally and worked through each one without adding stress. Tom, who managed scheduling, kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we knew what stage was coming next. Even with a couple minor delays near the end, they still stayed very close to the promised completion window. The pool, decking, and equipment were finished and running quickly, and we were able to start enjoying the water during the warm weather, which is perfect for florida outdoor living. We are very happy with the finished pool and the whole pool builder experience. it looks great, works well, and has become the center of our backyard. the design is both stylish and functional, and the build quality gives us confidence it will last for many years. we would absolutely recommend this pool builder to friends and family looking for a reliable team, strong communication, and a smooth custom pool construction process.

BlueLux Pools did an amazing job on our pool and spa project, and we highly recommend them for their professionalism, smooth design and sales process, skilled installation, and beautiful final result. From John in sales to Bill the project manager and the office team, everyone was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Thomas, the owner, also checked in during the build and took time to answer our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We had real peace of mind knowing the pool was built with strong support methods, including auger anchors to secure it deep in the ground and help reduce any chance of movement or shifting. The craftsmanship during installation was excellent, and the finished pool looks even better than we expected. The hand-cut stone coping around the pool and spa looks beautiful, and the blue plaster color gives the water a clean, bright look that is perfect for a warm-weather backyard. We selected a turnkey pool build, which included stamped and stained concrete decking and tying it into our existing patio area. That part came out great too and made the whole outdoor space feel complete and well planned. The crew also rerouted our sprinkler system, installed new sod, improved the final grading, and reinstalled our fence neatly, leaving the yard looking polished and finished. One feature we really enjoy is the phone app that lets us control the pool lights, spa, and monitor the equipment system easily. It adds a lot of convenience and makes using the pool even better. We also appreciated that the team focused on quality materials, careful work, and doing the job the right way from start to finish. The whole experience showed us the value of hiring a pool builder that does not cut corners and delivers a high-quality pool for a fair price.
