I’ve been using Glass Pool for a couple years now and in the last two weeks, I hear they’re selling the company and going through a merger. In the meantime they haven’t shown up. They’ve offered to come out every day that they’ve offered. They don’t show up my pool has completely turned green. I told them this and they said they would be out to take care of it and still did not show up. I spoke with Jacob the technician and he said he would be out yesterday never showed up in the meantime, I could’ve been putting chemicals in myself to alleviate so much stress on my pool pump and my filter and everything else but they refuse to come out. I believe that they are just waiting until the merger happens and they’re trying to dismiss my service altogether. This has been going on for two weeks. I would stay clear of this company! They told me that they were down to pool guys and the trucks were broken another day and the systems were down, but assured me they’d come out and they still did not come out. I am so disappointed and stressed out by this…. do yourselfa favor and avoid this company. The last time he came out, he didn’t even clean out the skimmer. He threw shock or something all over my steps and never even brushed it. It stayed there for two days like that never dissolved.

DJ has done a great job on my pool, before I hired Glass Pools, my water was cloudy, I tried a bunch of things that did not work very well, he was able to figure out the problem right away and add the proper chemicals. The water cleared up quickly and since then the water has looked great!. He has showed up consistently, on time and has shown respect for my property!!. Thx DJ

I hired this company in November 2025 to install a pool pump and replace the drain cover and the entire experience has been extremely unprofessional from start to finish. When the technician came out, the water level in the pool was about two inches too low because I had just moved into the home. Instead of simply waiting the 20 minutes it takes to fill that amount of water so he could actually start the pump and confirm it worked, he installed it which took 2hrs (he could have added the 2in of water in the pool in this time) , handed me an instruction manual, and basically told me to figure it out myself. A week later, the pump wasn’t working still (I in fact could not figure it out myself) and I had to call them back out. They even tried to bill me for the return visit until I disputed it. On top of that, he incorrectly told me my pool was “popped,” and that he would get back to me. I waited weeks, no response. Which caused me to spend $250 hiring another company to verify if it was or wasn’t. It wasn’t. Completely unnecessary and caused by misinformation.

It is now mid-April 2026, and the drain cover replacement still has not been completed. The first time they came, I specifically asked for it to be screwed in (as it should be), but he glued it instead. I called the next day to have it corrected, and it took them over four months to even attempt to come back. When he finally decided to show up (gave me notice at 10am that he’d be here between 1-4pm) he told me my pool “wasn’t clean enough.” Had I been given any notice after waiting months, I would have made sure it was ready. I was home - he never knocked on my door to communicate this to me. He left and texted me to avoid a conversation which is extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, he not only didn’t do the job, but he actually took my drain cover with him.

I asked him to just return the drain cover so I could hire someone else. He said he would, but never brought it back.

This company has been unreliable, unprofessional, and has cost me time, money, and months of waiting. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Isaac does an amazing job at keeping our pool constantly clean! Hes very friendly and professional. We once had someone else from the company come out and vacuum but while vacuuming, his bag busted in the pool which created a lot of dirt/debris/algea growth and our pool was dirty but Isaac was quick to let someone at the office know and quick to get our pool back to sparkling clean! Huge thanks to him!

If you don’t want to buy new equipment- don’t use this company. For reference the pool was built in 2021-2022. This next part all happened within 1 month. The cleaning tech didn’t know what a Polaris pool vacuum was or how it worked. Because it was connected to the wall he thought it was just a cheap vacuum. In which case he didn’t clean the bag ever. They told me my salt cell wasn’t working because the chlorine was reading zero and the cell wasn’t lit up green. A tech comes- says the manual read is perfect at about 3300. Then looks at salt cell. Took about 15 mins for the cell to show a reading- tech said appears fine. My pool equipment had a pipe that was dripping. They removed the pvc pipe on a Friday, turned off my equipment for the weekend. Said they would be back on Monday. No call. No show on Monday. I called and text - no response. Tuesday they respond saying they will come sometime that day.Tuesday a different guy comes with the BROKEN part and put the broken part back on. This tech looked at the salt cell- said it works fine. Said the original guy might not have known takes about 10+ mins to calibrate and build enough pressure to kick on. So a week with no pool pump to run and chlorine tabs floating in the pool -just to put a broken piece of plastic back on after a week of waiting. They say they will be out later in the week with the replacement part. They never came back. Two weeks later the leaking pvc piece is leaking worse with three leaks instead of one dribble. The cleaning guy tells the office. The office reaches out to Ben. Ben has no update and has no sense of urgency while his company was the last to touch the pipes and knowingly put a broken piece on that is now going to rust my metal pump since it has been leaking for over two weeks. They have chlorine tabs in my salt pool. This is the first time since we had the pool put in that the spa looks like that. This is the first time since we have had the pool that we had algae in the corners. I put over priced because while the monthly fee is normal - the amount of damage they cause is way more money to repair and correct. If you want your equipment to work- don’t use this company. If you value transparency, don’t use this company. If you want a company that is honest and communicates, don’t use this company.
