I cannot say enough good things about Pool Troopers and more specifically Patrick and Will! My pool pump went out and my pool was quickly turning into a swamp. But I wanted to shop around and ensure I was not ripped off. I received 3 quotes:
#1: gave me a quote, told me all the ways my current equipment didn't meet code (which I later found out that none of it was true), and refused to tell me any of the equipment models they were quoting.
#2: extremely nice and professional. Wanted $150 to come out to look but did a general quote through pictures. They were by far the most expensive.
#3: POOL TROOPERS TO SAVE THE DAY! I first spoke to Patrick who was just so nice with a good sense of humor! Then came Will. He came out to look at everything, asked what I wanted to accomplish and put together a quote. The price was good but more importantly... I trusted him! I did not at all feel like he was trying to over sell me, just make a sale, or take advantage of the swamp conditions desperately needing a fix. That goes a long way with me!
I obviously went with Pool Troopers and they quickly got me on the schedule, the crew was fantastic, and Will was great answering all my follow up questions.
I absolutely recommend this company!

Terrible experience.

This company is deceptive, they do not pay attention, their technicians and management lied to us, and tried to create a problem we didn’t even ask them to fix. They entered our property without permission when we asked them not to and no one answered the door or gave them permission. We have dogs and that was unacceptable. They do not take accountability, never apologized. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will argue with you every step of the way if you even remotely try to talk to them.

We contacted the company to ask for someone to look at our leaking salt cell. We asked them not to enter our property without permission and to wait we would be there in 15 minutes to meet the technician to better describe the problem.

Instead the technician went on our property without waiting and destroyed our pool pump (which was NOT the reason for our call) and told us that in order to fix it, they would need to charge us around $1000 for the service.

Before any auto shop, home repair, any contractor begins...companies will ASK before starting work. But they never even asked. They started without our presence or permission when we explicitly told them not to.

When we called the management and asked them to fix it they offered to refund the charges but STILL charged us. When the VP called me he insisted that we weren’t charged, but after me telling him to look again he somehow found the charge to our card that he said he personally had “zeroed” out. He was rude with me on the phone told me that “every pool company enters property without permission” even when specially asked to not to.

Excellent service and professionalism! I can't say enough good things about the staff and this wonderful company! From the 1st day I called, I had such a good vibe about this company after being duped for 200 dollars by another company. Our pool stays crystal clear even after big pool parties!

Met new pool person today. He not only introduced himself, he also let me know I left our truck door open ... saved us from water damage it was about to rain.... also pool looks great - we carried Pool Troopers over from last house. Completely trust them and satisfied!!
