Trusted Pool & Spa

Contacted Trusted Pool & Spa late last summer for a quote on a pool. The sales person, Ian, came out and spent a bit of time explaining the entire process, from permitting all the way thru construction. He was so thorough that we decided we would place our trust and money toward Trusted in building out our little paradise. Construction began in early 2026 with excavation, gunite, cage and deck installation, completing mid-April. While the process wasn't without hiccups, John our engineer did his best to keep the process moving forward. Finally, Shawn opened the pool, executed pool university and spent the first 4 weeks teaching our family how to care for the pool. Overall, everyone at Trusted deserves a big kudus for their professionalism in the massive construction project. We have had post install warranty work that has also been exceptional. Overall, wouldn't change our decision to go with Trusted in building the pool, couldn't be happier.

Our pool was a complete mess and eye sore and it was our dream to have it remodled. Trusted Pools was able to make that dream a reality. From start to finish everything was great. Chris and Tyler are great to work with and made the whole process super easy. Tyler the remodle supervisor is the best. He kept me updated throughout the remodle, was always quick to respond with any concerns. SERIOUSLY like one of the best people I've worked with in any industry. If you are looking for a great and responsive company Trusted pools is the one to go with. I work in the pool industry and have seen and heard all the horror stories of pool remodles gone bad and they are definatly not that. Trusted Pools was great and I would recomend them to anyone!

We couldn't be happier with our new pool and the entire experience from start to finish. Project Manager John did an outstanding job overseeing the project, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated how attentive he was to our concerns regarding the close proximity of our neighbors' yards. John took the time to address every concern thoughtfully and ensured the work was completed with care and consideration for the surrounding properties. A special thank you to pool crew Shawn, Tyler, and Andrew for their exceptional work and dedication. All three were knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking, and always willing to answer our questions. Shawn and Tyler especially went above and beyond throughout the project, taking the time to address our concerns, explain the process, and make sure everything was done right. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail truly stood out. Andrew was also a valuable part of the team and helped ensure the project was completed to the highest standards. Another aspect that impressed us was the sub contracting crew's attention to cleanup. At the end of each workday, they took great care to leave the area neat and organized, which was especially important given the proximity of neighboring properties. Their respect for our home and our neighbors did not go unnoticed. The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the beautiful pool they built for us. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service shown by everyone involved are reflected in the finished product. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and skilled pool construction team. Thank you all for turning our backyard into a place our family will enjoy for years to come!

Great pool company, these guys know what they’re doing. We’ve had our pool for almost a year now and we still love it. The sales team and construction team were very much in sync and gave timely updates. The costs were well explained and we had no surprise expenses added on. I also didn’t feel like I was ever getting pressured or sold upgrades. Kala our sales rep was detailed, to the point, and such a pro. We love the upgrade to our home and would do it again with this company. Oh, shout out to Carlos our construction manager, he was awesome. And Zach out start up pool tech taught me how to use the equipment well, I’ve been doing the maintenance on my own with no issues.

We had an outstanding experience with Trusted Pools from start to finish! Ian, our sales and design professional, did an incredible job creating a pool design that perfectly matched our needs and wants. He really listened to what we were looking for and delivered a vision that exceeded our expectations. Chris, our construction manager, was excellent at keeping the project moving smoothly. He coordinated highly skilled subcontractors who showed up on time and did quality work. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Chris addressed them quickly and professionally, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the construction process. When it came time to learn how to use and maintain the pool, Sage, our startup technician, was fantastic. He walked us through everything in detail, making sure we felt confident in managing our new pool on our own. Trusted Pools also offered a long-term maintenance package, but what really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure to sign up—just clear information and the freedom to choose, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the experience we had with Trusted Pools. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool!
