An absolute pleasure working with Jordan. We just ordered a new hot tub with his help, looking forward to the delivery in a couple of weeks. The whole process was quick and easy, I appreciated being able to do the wet test of the model I was interested in. The pricing was great too, honestly better than I was expecting. Totally see why they have so many great reviews now! To add, just had the hot tub delivered (everything went smoothly) and Tyrone helped us with the initial setup and answered all the questions, great work.
I would not recommend this company to someone looking to purchase a hot tub. They were not helpful after the initial sale. Recommended landscaping contractors that didn’t return phone calls after initial estimate. Nobody checks in to advise as to how to get the hot tub up & running (which can be overwhelming for a first time owner). Scheduler left a message to schedule delivery time and you could not reach them after that. Delivery team left heavy box of chemicals by driveway instead of carrying them to the backyard where my hot tub is located. It was awful - they just want to make the sale. Go elsewhere for better service!
Tyrone came out to set up our hot tub and he was excellent! He walked me through all of the features and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend requesting him for your set up.
Tyrone is the one to ask for at Prisco. He is so knowledgeable and clearly experienced. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem with our hot tub, replace the parts, and get it up and running immediately. I will be specifically requesting him for all of our hot tub services. Prisco- Give this man a raise!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Prisco. Rich was and continues to be so helpful. I was completely new to buying a hot tub but Rich helped me through the entire process. The customer service is above and beyond ??
